We are looking for research associates, research analysts, senior research analysts, data analysts, data scientists, team leaders, and creative designers who want to work at the intersection of institutional-grade analytics and real client decisions. Domain expertise in life sciences, green technology, financial services, or consumer technology is valued. So is the ability to work across buy-side and sell-side mandates and understand what each requires strategically.
The role is different from what most research positions offer. At Perusal, an analyst works on live mandates from day one: building models that will be scrutinised by PE partners, writing research that will be published under a global brokerage's name, producing the analytical work behind high-stakes investment decisions across global asset classes. The work is delivered to the client's standard, on the client's timeline, under the client's name. That requires both the strategic rigour to produce it and the discipline to hold that standard consistently.
At Perusal, the research goes out the door and gets scrutinised by the institutional audience it was written for. That is a different standard from research that sits in an internal database.
