Fundraising Presentations

Fundraising Presentations

Pitch decks, information memoranda and investor presentations that make the investment case clear, credible and easy to act on.

Fundraising Presentations

Investors form a view of the business quickly. The opening slides determine whether they want to keep reading.

Founders and CFOs usually come to us with a business worth backing but materials that do not yet make the case strongly enough. We help shape the investment story, structure the argument and design the material to the standard expected by institutional investors. The objective is not simply to make the presentation look better, but to make the business easier to understand, evaluate and remember.

Our research and AI-enabled tools support the data, benchmarking and analytical work behind the presentation. That allows the team to focus on the areas where judgement matters most: narrative, structure, information design and investor relevance.

Our Approach

We start with the investment argument, not the template. Before designing the deck, we determine what the investor needs to understand, believe and validate-and the order in which that case should be presented.

From there, we build the narrative, structure the information and design each page around how the intended audience will read it. A seed investor, growth fund, strategic buyer and institutional investor will not evaluate the same business in the same way. The presentation therefore needs to reflect both the company and the capital being approached.

The financial and market evidence sits underneath the story. Our role is to turn that evidence into a presentation that is clear, coherent and persuasive without overstating the case.

A strong presentation does not make a weak business investable. It makes sure a strong business is understood for what it is.

Our Fundraising Presentations Capabilities

How We Engage

Project-Based

A defined mandate with a clear scope, deliverables and timeline, typically completed over 3 to 8 weeks. Our AI-enabled tools support the research and data work behind the materials, allowing the team to focus on narrative, analysis and design without compromising depth or quality.

  • Pitch deck for a specific fundraising round

  • Information memorandum for a raise or transaction

  • Full suite of investor presentation materials

Ongoing Support

Continued support as the business, investor base and fundraising requirements evolve.

  • Decks and presentations refreshed across successive rounds

  • Investor reporting and update materials

  • Narrative and positioning refined as the business develops

Sectors We Cover

Our work is grounded in the sectors we know deeply. Domain knowledge changes the questions worth asking and the answers worth trusting, so every engagement is led by people who understand the industry, not just the discipline. Whichever sector you operate in, the work is shaped by how that market actually behaves, where the value sits, where the risks hide, and what a credible case looks like to the people you are trying to convince.

We also cover:

Green Mobility
Life Sciences & Biotechnology
BFSI, FinTech & Crypto
Sustainable Energy & Chemicals
Clean Technology
Manufacturing & Industrials
Retail & Consumer
Technology & Automation
Smart Logistics & Fulfilment
Travel & Hospitality

Frequently Asked Questions

The story, more than the design, though design matters too. The story should be a clear line an investor can follow from the problem, to why this business solves it, to why now, to the ask, with each slide setting up the next. By the last slide, the conclusion should feel inevitable. We spend most of our effort on that sequence, then design it so it reads as serious and lands fast.

We do both, and we treat them as one job. The story and the design work together, a great story in an amateur layout still loses the room, and a beautiful deck with no argument loses it just as fast. We shape the story and design it to investor standard at the same time, so you get something finished and ready to put in front of an investor, not a draft you still have to polish.

We build it around the specific reader. A seed investor backs a team and a vision. A growth fund digs into traction and unit economics. A buyer looks at fit. The same business needs a different emphasis, a different order, and sometimes a different opening for each one. So we profile the investor first, then shape the materials around what that audience looks for.

We start by finding where it loses the reader, usually the story rather than the styling. The usual culprits: a deck that lists features instead of building a case, slides in the wrong order, a key number buried, or a design that makes the business look less serious than it is. We rework the story first, then the design, so every slide pulls its weight. Sometimes we make a few fixes; sometimes we rebuild it.

A pitch deck wins the meeting; an information memorandum survives the scrutiny that follows. We build the deck tight and visual, to persuade quickly. We build the memorandum long and thorough, so a due-diligence reader can work through the detail without getting lost and come away convinced. Different craft, same goal, and we design them to work as a pair.

We make the business impossible to misread. Most raises do not stall on the idea; they stall when an investor does not quite grasp the story, loses the thread halfway through, or never sees the one thing they most needed to see. Sharp materials remove those failure points, and that often decides whether you get a second meeting or a polite pass.

No. Everything we produce goes out under your name. We build the pitch, the documents, and the presentation; you own them, you present them, and you take them into the room.

We lean on AI built in-house to take on the research and data work behind a raise, pulling together market context, comparable deals, and the figures that back the story far faster than we could by hand. While the tools handle the groundwork; our people shape the story, design the materials, and tune them to the investor. For you, it means a faster turnaround and more of our time spent on the parts that actually win a round.

Earlier than most founders do. The story shapes everything that follows, so nailing it before you start outreach saves you from rebuilding the deck mid-raise. Six to eight weeks ahead of investor meeting works well. We also pick up raises already under way, where the meetings are happening but not converting, and that work often moves faster because the gaps already show.

Charges depend on the scope, the type of engagement, and how deep the work goes, a single seed deck and a full pre-IPO documentation set are very different builds. Once we understand the deliverable and the timeline, we set out the full charges upfront, before any work begins, so nothing is open-ended.
